Enterprise Command & Control Center (EC3)
The Enterprise Command and Control Centre (EC3) is a cornerstone of the Dubai Government’s Smart City initiative and an enabler for Dubai plans for hosting Expo 2020. It’s centralized facility where all the operational agencies and sectors within RTA collaborate, cooperate and coordinate transportation operations.
Review, evaluation and code compliance assessment of the building envelope such as façade & roofing packages for AHJ approval as required by the UAE Fire Code. Special inspections and field quality control of installed building envelop elements and associated perimeter fire barriers, smoke seal and cavity barriers.
Other firestop systems such as fire resistive joint & penetration systems under a separate package.

A marvel for its commitment to sustainability and state-of-the-art technologies. Its skin is a combination of transparent and translucent energy efficient glass.

With the great vision, Dubai Police Force was established on June 01, 1956 based in “Naif Fort” as its Headquarters, and moved to this sprawling facility “Dubai Police General HQ” in 1973.

Dubai Tram, formerly Al Sufouh Tram Project
An essential part of Dubai transport network and one of the safest modes of public transport in the world. The tram service links Dubai Metro and the Palm Monorail and runs 14.5 km along Al Sufouh Road and Jumeirah Beach Road.

Dubai Metro Route 2020
Part of world’s longest driverless metro network, another technological marvel, a state of the art 15 km line consisting of 11.8 km elevated and 3.2 km underground track. Designed to cover populated areas to make commuting easy for the visitors and the residents beyond the six-month world fair, Expo 2020.
Overall fire & life safety advisory and consultancy: review, onsite verification, inspection, testing & commissioning and authority approval. Facade & roofing; tunnel ventilation & smoke management system; emergency management plan and fire engineering reports have been the key focus areas.
